You’re invited to join Maggie for a 🌼Spring Equinox Gathering 🌗 on Friday 21st March, 7~9.15pm at Maitri Studio Belfast. 

We’ll celebrate the Celtic festival of Spring Equinox through gathering as a community and connecting to the energy of holding opposites so we can create something new this Spring.

Spring Equinox marks equal night and day. As Celtic Wheel wisdom holder Mari Kennedy would say, it’s a time ‘to dance with the polarities’ and reflect on where our energy is. 

This workshop will offer practices connecting to the energy of Spring Equinox;

🌗Creating a Spring Equinox altar

Join me for this practice where you will be offered an opportunity to pause and reflect on your ‘fiery arrows’ or seeds of intention for Spring and giving them some nurturance. Brigid, the fiery spring goddess will journey with us as we nurture these seeds of intention towards fruition.

The workshop is a trauma-informed and mental health aware practice that is inclusive of all bodies and experiences. No prior movement or meditation experience is required. 

Come along in your comfy clothes, cosy socks and bring anything you’d like to add to the altar…be as creative as you like with this!
