Ardú Croí Retreat
Ardú Croí ~ heart lifting ~ hope, strength, courage
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for like hearted folks to connect. Hearts that beat to the rhythm of social change, social justice, embodiment and who care about their communities and planet. We’ll be offering trauma-informed practices, tools to look after ourselves so we don’t burnout. Taking place in mid harvest season we’re working with the transitional energy of moving from summer into autumn. We’ll be harnessing the ancestral wisdom of the harvest and the support of the magical land of Sligo.
Lughnasa on the Celtic calendar marks the beginning of the harvest. A time to gather and celebrate, and also to reflect on the season past; what are we celebrating and what lessons have we learnt. What resources and wisdom are we taking with us as we begin to slow into Autumn. We’ll work with our ancestral wisdom of the Celtic Wheel over the weekend and weave its knowing into our lives.
