Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for like hearted folks to connect. Hearts that beat to the rhythm of social change, social justice, embodiment and who care about their communities and planet. We’ll be offering trauma-informed practices, tools to look after ourselves so we don’t burnout. Taking place on the cusp of Samhain, we’ll be harnessing the ancestral wisdom of this time and the support of the magical land of Sligo.
Cabragh Lodge:
Ardú Croí retreat will take place at Cabragh Lodge, a beautiful remote and scenic space set in the Ox Mountains, dedicated to nature-based group process. Four self-contained, 2 bedroom en-suite, eco cabins. They are set in a beautiful peaceful woodland, each enjoying comfort and privacy. With a short walk from the retreat centre itself.

Saturday 19th: 7:30 gentle morning practice / meditation ~ 8:30 breakfast ~ 9:30-1pm morning session ~ 1-3pm lunch ~ 3-6pm Afternoon Session ~ 6pm dinner ~ 7:30-8:30 Sound bath
Sunday 20th: 7:30 gentle morning practice / meditation ~ 8:30 Breakfast ~ 9:30-1pm closing session ~ 1pm Lunch ~ 2pm depart
